Biography

Born in 1992, when she was nineteen, she graduated in Flute at the Milan’s Conservatoire “G. Verdi”, under the instruction of Renata Ferri. She continued her studies attending a Master’s Degree as a pupil of Rocco Abate and later of Antonella Dalla Benetta, earning the degree in 2013. She participated in masterclasses with Mario Ancillotti and János Bálint.

At the same time, she cultivated the study of Opera singing with the soprano Maria Grazia Liguori. She received the Bachelor’s Degree in Chamber Vocal Music with the highest marks in 2017 at Civica Scuola di Musica Claudio Abbado in Milan; her teacher was Loris Peverada. She participated in masterclasses with the soprano Luciana Serra (October of 2016), the soprano Roberta Invernizzi (January of 2018 and September 2021), the contralto Sonia Prina (June of 2018 and June of 2019), the soprano Roberta Mameli, the soprano Emma Kirkby and the bass Peter Kooij (July of 2018).

In 2022 she obtained a Master’s Degree in Opera Singing at Civica Scuola di Musica Claudio Abbado in Milan with 110/110 with honors, pupil of the Soprano Patrizia Zanardi.

Always passionate of music from bygone eras, for two consecutive years, she studied medieval music with Claudia Caffagni, performing in ensemble: in Milan at Castello Sforzesco, Antiquarium “Alda Levi”, Archaeological Museum; in Venezia at Palazzo Giustinian Lolin; in Castelfranco Emilia (MO) at Villa Sorra inside the Grandezze e Meraviglie Festival; she also attended an annual renaissance ensemble course with Diego Fratelli at Civica Scuola di Musica Claudio Abbado in Milan.

It’s highly influential the collaboration with the teacher Silva Costanzo, with whom she has improved the chamber music repertoire, especially compositions by Schubert, Brahms, Faurè, Debussy, Strauss.

Parallel to ancient music, she was enthusiastic about twentieth century music, performing in Galathea by Arnold SchönbergAgnus by Luciano Berio, Tierkreis by Karlheinz Stockhausen, Four Songs by Igor Stravinsky, Cinque strofe dal greco by Carlo Prosperi, Folksong Arrangements by Benjamin Britten, Liriche su Verlaine by Bruno Maderna, Die Hollywood-Elegien by Hanns Eisler, Maponos by F.B. Mache, songs by Leonard Bernstein, songs by George Gershwin.

She was the soprano of an ensemble with electric guitar prepared by Francesco Zago, performing concert pieces by John Dowland, Henry Purcell, King Crimson, which he has arranged.
